Well, in the UK you usually get the free use of a private room for your party, and the club will lay on a bar service for you if you want it (usually at club prices) as regards catering, ie a buffet or snacks, you can either ask the club to lay it on for you, or bring in your own. As regards a free bottle, that is at the discretion of the club management, but most do.
